TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
The conference will take place on 3-4 October 2013 at Özdere Seminar and Resort Facilities of the Central Bank of Turkey (Çukuraltý Mah, Atatürk Bulvarý No: 297, Özdere Menderes, Ýzmir, Turkey). http://www3.tcmb.gov.tr/Joint_Conference/Home.htm
All participants must fill the registration form http://www3.tcmb.gov.tr/Joint_Conference/Home_files/Registration_Form.pdf and send it back to the Protocol Division of the Central Bank of Turkey by August 18 at email@example.com.
Travel costs will be covered only for academic speakers and for panellists. The CBRT and ECB will cover round-trip airfare (preferably with Turkish Airlines) to and from Izmir. Please send an e-mail with your preferred arrival/departure date and time at firstname.lastname@example.org; email@example.com. We will purchase the tickets and send them to you by e-mail after getting your final approval.
The local organizers will arrange pick-ups from and drop-offs to Ýzmir Adnan Menderes International Airport on 2-5 October. Please indicate your arrival and departure times on the registration form. The transfer from/to the airport takes approximately one hour.
Free accommodation in single rooms at Özdere Seminar and Resort Facilities will be provided for all the participants. Please contact the local organizers at firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com if you have special accommodation needs.
The check in time starts on Wednesday 2 October at 8.00 am. The reception will remain open from 08:00am to 12:00pm throughout the conference.
There will be Wi-Fi throughout the conference area. The conference participants wishing to make or receive phone calls can do so from card operated payphones located nearby the reception.
The international phone code for Turkey is 90.
Turkey uses 220V power supply. Please do not forget to bring a power converter if needed.
Leisure facilities and amenities.
Conference facilities include a swimming pool, tennis, football, volleyball and basketball courts, mini golf and table tennis. Please contact the local organizers for information about the local area and other facilities.
