In addition to the monetary policy the CBRT also acts diligently to conduct an efficient communication policy, in line with the accountability principle borne by CBRT’s instrumental independence. Therefore, in 2016, by improving its stance on communication and transparency, the CBRT aimed to enhance public confidence in the CBRT’s policies and to reinforce the effectiveness of these policies.
