Hospitality Desk

The Hospitality Desk is located at the main lobby of Swissotel Istanbul and will serve as follows;

Thursday, December 14, 2006 08:00-18:00

Friday, December 15, 2006 09:00-17:00


During the conference, all participants and speakers are kindly recommended to wear their identity badges in order to be admitted to the lecture halls and other locations. Wearing badges is important also for security reasons.

Transportation and Accomodation

The transportation and accommodation costs are to be covered by the participants themselves. There will be a representative at the Hospitality Desk located at the main lobby of Swissotel Istanbul to assist the related requests of the participants, such as accommodation, reconfirmation of flights, restaurant suggestions and etc.

Internet and Photocopying Service for Participants

In order to facilitate the work of the delegates, Internet access and a photocopying service are available throughout the conference. The business center of the hotel will also serve 24 hours. This service is located at the same floor with the meeting room.
