In 2016, 3,706 CBRT employees attended programs organized by the CBRT. These programs are categorized as: Conferences and Panels, Training Programs on Banking, Training Programs on Development and Soft Skills and Training Programs for Promotion (Graph 33).

A total of 1,239 university students were enrolled in the “CBRT Introductory Program” and 12 university students completed an internship. Also, 91 temporary staff and 15 participants from other institutions adding to 106 people attended training programs organized by the CBRT (Graph 34).
